Sundance Likely to Recommend Hanlong’s 12% Lower

The board of Sundance Resources Ltd. is likely to
recommend a 12% lower offer from China’s Hanlong Mining, which would value the
Africa-based miner at around 1.5 billion Australian dollars, a person familiar
with the matter said Wednesday.
